Golf is a very popular game especially in the US. Young and adults, alike, are getting hooked in the game. Like any other games, players of this sport take time to practice and improve their golf skills. Being in a good physical condition and staying in shape is essential to the golfer's performance. Strategy is also required for a good golf mental game. A player should have the right strategy to compete and lead the game. Moreover, mental toughness is the most important aspect of the game. Golf is a mental game that requires a great deal of concentration.

Even a slightest distraction while playing golf can affect your performance.
